GK Business carried out alterations to our monumental building with a great deal of love and enthusiasm. They are very much up-to-date on the regulations relating to the alteration of monumental buildings. Many of our wishes could be met without having to make too many concessions. The property is now a wonderful sustainable family home that we enjoy living in.

Specialize in working for expats and take all the work off your hands
When I knew I would be moving to the Netherlands for my job, we bought a wonderful building in the Statenkwartier district of The Hague. The problem was that it was in serious need of alterations and we were extremely reluctant to do that. My employer advised us to talk to GK Business & Vastgoed. They specialize in working for expats and take all the work off your hands. In our case, they even took care of the interior design of the premises once the alterations were complete. And they did this so well that even my wife is happy with it. Thanks guys.

We have been working together with our skilled and reliable partners for many years now
We had alterations carried out by GK Business on our entire house and we are extremely satisfied with the way they have done this. They took everything off our hands which was wonderful for us as we are extremely busy with our own company. We made clear agreements beforehand and this enabled them to work very much independently. Everything was carried out entirely in accordance with our wishes and we are proud of the end result. Thank you.

Please contact usWe listen to your needs
If we ever need alterations again in future, we will call Ruud Kruitwagen at GK Business & Vastgoed. He listened to our wishes and then drew up a clear and effective plan. Once we gave our approval, the tradesmen set to work and they ended up delivering something beautiful. They are great people that do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied.
